Uzbek Medical Record Translation

A certified Uzbek medical record translation into English for USCIS costs $25 per page at Certified Translation Center in Brooklyn, NY — $35 per page with a New York notary seal — and is delivered as a signed PDF within 24 hours, prepared to 8 CFR 103.2(b)(3). Most medical record documents are one page. Updated September 26, 2026.

Tibbiy ma’lumotnoma / emlash guvohnomasi — certified, notarized and delivered in 24 hours from $25 a page ($35 with notarization).

Certified English translation of the Uzbek medical record (Tibbiy ma’lumotnoma / emlash guvohnomasi), accepted by USCIS, courts, universities and credential evaluators. $25 per page certified for USCIS, or $35 per page with notarization included, delivered in 24 hours.

What this document looks like

Vaccination cards, clinic references, discharge summaries and specialist reports, typically part printed and part handwritten, with clinic stamps and physician signatures.

Uzbek documents reach us in three forms: modern Latin-script Uzbek, older Cyrillic-script Uzbek, and Russian — because a great many records issued in Uzbekistan, especially before the mid-1990s, were written in Russian. We read all three, and the price is the same whichever yours turns out to be.

What has to appear in the translation

A certified translation must be complete — not the important parts, all of it. For this document in particular, these are the elements most often left out by other providers, and omission is the leading cause of a Request for Evidence:

  • Vaccine names and dates, which the civil surgeon will read line by line for the I-693
  • Clinical abbreviations, which have to be expanded correctly rather than transliterated
  • Drug names, which often appear under Russian trade names with different international generic names
  • Physician stamps and licence numbers

Send the reverse side. Corrections, re-registrations, endorsements and later stamps live on the back of the page far more often than people expect. If the back is blank, tell us it is blank — that way we both know it was checked.

Who needs this translated

I-693 medical examinations where prior vaccination history must be shown, asylum claims resting on medical evidence, disability determinations, insurance claims, and continuity of care with a U.S. physician.

What you receive

  1. A copy of the Uzbek original, so the packet satisfies the requirement that the foreign document accompany the translation
  2. The English translation, laid out to mirror the original page for page, with every seal, stamp, number and handwritten note accounted for and anything unreadable marked [illegible]
  3. A signed Certificate of Translation Accuracy — notarization is the $35 tier

Delivered as a print-ready PDF within 24 hours. Hard copies with wet ink and an embossed seal ship the same day for $15. If the document is going abroad, we can add a New York apostille for $300.

Frequently asked

How much does it cost to translate an Uzbek medical record?

$25 per page for a certified translation (translation + signed Certificate of Translation Accuracy — what USCIS requires), or $35 per page certified and notarized (a separate commissioned New York notary notarizes the translator’s signature). Most medical records are a single page, so the usual total is $25 — $35 if you need the notary seal.

Is $25–$35 a page more expensive than other certified translation services?

For the certified translation USCIS asks for, our $25 a page sits in the middle of the market and includes the signed Certificate of Translation Accuracy that some lower prices leave out. For a notarized page — what courts, consulates and many schools want — $35 covers the translation, the certificate, notarization of the translator’s signature by a New York notary and 24-hour delivery on orders up to 3 pages, which is below every provider in our comparison that charges a separate notary fee (prices checked September 10, 2026).

Does USCIS require the translation to be notarized?

No. 8 CFR 103.2(b)(3) requires a full English translation plus the translator's signed certification of completeness, accuracy and competence. Notarization is not required by USCIS. If you need it — consulates, courts and schools abroad often do — choose the notarized tier at $35 a page, where a separate commissioned New York notary notarizes the translator's signature.

Can I send a photo taken with my phone?

Yes. Make sure all four corners are in the frame, nothing covers a seal, and you photograph the reverse side as well if anything is printed or stamped there.

How fast will I get it?

24 hours as standard. Rush 12-hour service is available for an extra $15 per page.

Do I need to submit the original along with the translation?

Yes. The regulation requires the foreign-language document to accompany the translation. We deliver the packet already assembled in the correct order — copy of the original, translation, signed certificate.

What you get here that a price table does not show

  • An office in Brooklyn you can walk into — 2393 Coney Island Ave, Mon–Sat. Walk-in clients: short documents same day at the office; online orders in 24 hours (12-hour rush +$15/page).
  • Uzbek and Russian are our languages, not a language pair on a menu. Cyrillic, Latin and Soviet-era forms; patronymics, ZAGS act numbers and my.gov.uz e-certificates handled daily.
  • Notarization is done in-house — the translator signs the Certificate of Translation Accuracy, and when you order the $35 notarized tier a separate commissioned New York notary notarizes that signature on the spot, not sent out.
  • 24 hours standard, 12-hour rush, and a written acceptance guarantee: rejected on the translation itself → corrected free, refunded if that fails.
