Uzbek and Russian documents, certified and notarized for $35 a page — with apostilles filed at the counter, not mailed.
Certified and notarized translation of Uzbek and Russian documents for clients in New York City. $35 a page, notarization included, 24-hour delivery, and apostilles filed in person rather than mailed.
We are a New York company. Everything runs by email, so you never need to travel to an office — but when a document needs an apostille, being here is what lets us file it at the counter instead of putting it in the mail.
Send a photo of your document from your phone, get a firm price back within the hour, and receive a print-ready PDF within 24 hours. If you need physical originals with wet ink and an embossed seal, they ship the same day for $15.
An apostille requires a wet-ink notarization, then authentication by the county clerk, then the apostille itself from the New York Department of State. Companies outside New York mail each step, which adds a week in each direction and puts your document in the postal system repeatedly.
We file in person at both counters. The county clerk step is same-day; the Department of State step is typically 2 to 5 business days. For clients in the tri-state area the whole chain usually finishes inside a week, and we are physically holding the document the entire time.
New York City has one of the largest Uzbek and Russian-speaking populations in the country, and the document problems that come with it are specific: Soviet-era birth certificates from Tashkent, diplomas from institutions that changed names after 1991, work books spanning three decades and two countries, name spellings that differ between a passport, a green card and a marriage certificate.
These are not edge cases for us. They are the ordinary week.
