If you have a fifty-page contract in Russian and you need it for internal reference rather than for filing, a per-word bulk translator will beat us significantly and you should use one. Our rate reflects the certification, the second-linguist review and the notarization — all of which matter for a document going to a government agency and none of which matter if nobody is ever going to challenge it.
Long documents with heavy repetition are also quoted below the flat rate. Multi-year academic transcripts, bank statements and payroll records are the usual candidates. Send the file and we will quote it properly rather than multiplying pages by $35.
One page of the original document containing up to 250 words. It is based on the source document, not on how many pages the English version happens to run to. A standard birth certificate, marriage certificate, passport page or diploma is one page.
No. The per-page price includes the translation, the review pass, the Certificate of Translation Accuracy, the notarization and the digital delivery. The only optional extras are rush service, apostille and mailed hard copies, and all three are listed on this page.
No — the rate is the same. Uzbek genuinely costs more to produce, because there are far fewer qualified translators, but we price both at the same flat rate for simplicity. One useful note: many documents issued in Uzbekistan are actually written in Russian, particularly anything from before the mid-1990s. If yours turns out to be Russian, the price does not change.
We send an invoice with the quote and you pay by card or bank transfer. Payment is due before delivery of the finished document, not before we start work. Attorney accounts can be invoiced monthly.
Yes. Immigration attorneys, law firms and agencies sending recurring work get reduced per-page rates and monthly invoicing. See the attorneys page or just ask.
Send us a photo or scan of your document. We reply with a firm price and delivery time — usually within one hour during business hours. No payment needed to get a quote.
