Where we are honestly not the cheapest
If you have a fifty-page contract in Russian and you need it for internal reference rather than for filing, a per-word bulk translator will beat us significantly and you should use one. Our rate reflects the certification and the second-linguist review (plus the notarization on the $35 tier) — all of which matter for a document going to a government agency and none of which matter if nobody is ever going to challenge it.
Long documents with heavy repetition are priced below the flat rate. Multi-year academic transcripts, bank statements and payroll records are the usual candidates. Email the file to us before you order and we will price it properly rather than multiplying pages by the per-page rate.

What counts as one page?
One page of the original document containing up to 250 words. It is based on the source document, not on how many pages the English version happens to run to. A standard birth certificate, marriage certificate, passport page or diploma is one page.
Is $25–$35 a page more expensive than other certified translation services?
For the certified translation USCIS asks for, our $25 a page sits in the middle of the market and includes the signed Certificate of Translation Accuracy that some lower prices leave out. For a notarized page — what courts, consulates and many schools want — $35 covers the translation, the certificate, notarization of the translator’s signature by a New York notary and 24-hour delivery on orders up to 3 pages, which is below every provider in our comparison that charges a separate notary fee (prices checked September 10, 2026).
Are there any hidden fees?
No. $25 includes translation, review, Certificate of Accuracy and PDF delivery; notarization is the $35 tier. The only optional extras are rush service, apostille and mailed hard copies, and all three are listed on this page.
Do you charge more for Uzbek than for Russian?
No — the rate is the same. Uzbek genuinely costs more to produce, because there are far fewer qualified translators, but we price both at the same flat rate for simplicity. One useful note: many documents issued in Uzbekistan are actually written in Russian, particularly anything from before the mid-1990s. If yours turns out to be Russian, the price does not change.
How do I pay?
You pay online at checkout — card, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay or Klarna. The exact total is shown before you enter any payment details, and it is taken when you place the order so we can start straight away. Attorney and agency accounts can be set up on monthly invoicing instead.
Can I get a discount for volume?
