Which certification do you need?

Certified — $25 per page Certificate of Translation Accuracy, delivered as a PDF. This is what USCIS asks for (8 CFR 103.2(b)(3)) — no notary required. Certified + notarized — $35 per page Same translation with a New York notary seal on the certificate. Choose this for courts, DMV, banks, schools, insurers or an apostille. Not sure? Pick certified — we upgrade free if the office you name needs the seal.

Anything extra?

Rush — 12-hour delivery +$15 per page. Standard is 24 hours on orders up to 3 pages, and is included. New York apostille +$300. For use in Uzbekistan, Russia or another Hague country. Government fees and in-person filing at every step included, and we ship the sealed original to you overnight. An apostille is a physical certificate — it cannot be sent as a PDF. Allow 5–8 business days end to end. Mailed hard copy +$15. Wet ink and embossed seal, USPS tracked. The PDF is included either way.

How do you know how many pages my document is?

When you add a PDF, your browser reads its page count directly — the file never leaves your computer to do that. Photos and scans count as one page each. The number appears on screen and you can change it if it looks wrong. We check it again by hand before we start, and if it differs we tell you before doing any work.

What counts as a page?

One page of the original document, up to 250 words. Birth certificates, marriage certificates, passports, diplomas and police clearance certificates are almost always one page. A page that is mostly a seal and three lines of text still counts as one page — we do not nickel-and-dime on word count.

What if the count is wrong after I have paid?

If it turns out to be fewer pages, we refund the difference without being asked. If it is more, we tell you the extra cost and wait for your yes — we never quietly charge more. If you do not want to continue, you get a full refund.

Are my documents safe?

Your files upload over an encrypted connection and are seen only by the translator, the reviewer and the notary assigned to your order. We do not put client documents through public machine-translation services. Files are deleted 90 days after delivery unless you ask us to keep them for a follow-on filing.

When does the 24 hours start?

When your files reach us — which, on this page, is the moment you press the button, because your documents upload before you are sent to payment. Not when you finish paying.

What if my document is long or unusual?

Email it to orders@certifiedtranslationcenter.com before you order. Long documents with heavy repetition — multi-year transcripts, bank statements, payroll records — are often priced below the flat rate, and we will send you a payment link for the exact amount instead.
