What we provide
Certified Translation Center is a registered assumed name of Fire Up LLC, a New York limited liability company at 2393 Coney Island Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11223, which is the party to these terms. We provide human translation of documents between Uzbek, Russian and English, together with a signed Certificate of Translation Accuracy, notarization of that certificate, and where ordered, apostille processing in New York.
What we are not
We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. We are not affiliated with USCIS or any other government agency. Nothing on this website is legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is created by using our service.
Prices and payment
The full price is shown to you before you pay: $25 per page of the original document for a certified translation, or $35 per page notarized, plus any options you select. Payment is taken online when you place the order. If the page count turns out to be lower than what you were charged, we refund the difference without being asked. If it is higher, we tell you the additional cost and wait for your agreement before doing the extra work, and you may cancel instead for a full refund. If you later send additional pages, those are priced separately. Law firm and agency accounts may be invoiced monthly by arrangement.
Turnaround
Standard turnaround is 24 hours from the moment your files reach us, for orders of up to three pages. Rush service is 12 hours. Longer documents receive a firm delivery date by email as soon as we have opened the files. Turnaround runs from upload, not from first contact.
Our acceptance guarantee
If a United States government agency, court, university or credential evaluator rejects our translation on the basis of the translation itself — its completeness, its accuracy, or its certification — we will correct and re-issue it at no charge. If a corrected version does not resolve the rejection, we will refund the full amount you paid for that document. Send us the written rejection notice and we will act on it the same business day.
What this promise is not. This is a promise about our work and our money. It is not a promise about any decision by USCIS, an immigration court, a consulate, a university or any other authority. We cannot and do not guarantee that any application will be accepted, approved or granted, and we have no influence with any government agency. Agencies reject filings for many reasons that have nothing to do with a translation.
This guarantee is stated here in full and is not limited or contradicted anywhere else in these terms. It does not cover rejection for reasons unrelated to the translation — a missing form, a filing fee, an eligibility issue, or a document you did not send us.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for sending complete, legible copies of every page, including reverse sides, and for telling us the correct spelling of personal names as they appear on your passport. We translate what we receive; we cannot translate a page we were not sent.
