Quotes are free and firm: the price we quote is the price you pay for the scope quoted. If you later send additional pages, we quote those separately. Payment is due before delivery of the finished document. Law firm accounts may be invoiced monthly.
Standard turnaround is 24 hours from your approval of the quote, for orders of up to three pages. Rush service is 12 hours. Longer documents receive a firm delivery date in the quote. Turnaround runs from approval, not from first contact.
If a United States government agency, court, university or credential evaluator rejects our translation on the basis of the translation itself — its completeness, its accuracy, or its certification — we will correct and re-issue it at no charge. If a corrected version does not resolve the rejection, we will refund the full amount you paid for that document. Send us the written rejection notice and we will act on it the same business day.
This guarantee is stated here in full and is not limited or contradicted anywhere else in these terms. It does not cover rejection for reasons unrelated to the translation — a missing form, a filing fee, an eligibility issue, or a document you did not send us.
You are responsible for sending complete, legible copies of every page, including reverse sides, and for telling us the correct spelling of personal names as they appear on your passport. We translate what we receive; we cannot translate a page we were not sent.
We treat your documents as confidential and handle them as described in our Privacy Policy.
