Service area

We are based in Brooklyn, New York and serve clients throughout the United States online. Certified translations are delivered as digitally signed PDFs and are accepted in all fifty states; hard copies mail anywhere in the country. Apostille service is filed in person in New York.

Locally we work with clients across Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, the Bronx, Staten Island and the surrounding New Jersey and Connecticut counties — but you never need to come to an office. The entire process runs by email.

What to send us

The more complete your first message, the faster the quote comes back. Ideally include:

• A photo or scan of every page, including the reverse side if anything is printed or stamped there
• The spelling of each personal name exactly as it appears on the passport
• Who is receiving the translation — USCIS, a court, a university, a consulate — since that determines which form of certificate we issue
• Your deadline, if you have one

You do not need a scanner, and you do not need to crop or straighten anything. A clear phone photo with all four corners visible is all we need to quote and, in most cases, to work from.

How fast we reply

During business hours we aim to send a firm, all-inclusive price within the hour. Requests that arrive overnight or at the weekend are answered first thing the next business morning. Quotes are free, there is no card required, and if you decide not to proceed we delete the files.

Languages

We work in Uzbek and Russian into English, in both Latin and Cyrillic script. If your document turns out to be in a language we do not handle, we will tell you straight away rather than taking the job and subcontracting it.
