Certified English translation of the Russian diploma (Диплом с приложением), accepted by USCIS, courts, universities and credential evaluators. $35 per page with notarization included, delivered in 24 hours.
The диплом states the institution, degree and specialisation; the приложение or вкладыш lists every subject with hours and marks. Soviet-era diplomas often show the assigned qualification in terms with no direct English equivalent, which has to be rendered carefully rather than flattened into a nearest-guess American degree name.
We translate Russian-language documents from Russia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Belarus, Ukraine and Moldova, including Soviet-era records that are still in everyday circulation across all of them.
A certified translation must be complete — not the important parts, all of it. For this document in particular, these are the elements most often left out by other providers, and omission is the leading cause of a Request for Evidence:
Send the reverse side. Corrections, re-registrations, endorsements and later stamps live on the back of the page far more often than people expect. If the back is blank, tell us it is blank — that way we both know it was checked.
WES, ECE and other credential evaluations, university admission, H-1B and I-140 employment petitions, professional licensing boards, and employers verifying foreign education.
Delivered as a print-ready PDF within 24 hours. Hard copies with wet ink and an embossed seal ship the same day for $15. If the document is going abroad, we can add a New York apostille for $95.

Our guarantee: if a U.S. agency, court or institution rejects our translation on the basis of the translation itself, we correct and re-issue it at no charge — and refund you in full if that does not resolve it.
$35 per page, including the Certificate of Translation Accuracy and notarization. Most diplomas are a single page, so the usual total is $35.
No. 8 CFR 103.2(b)(3) requires a full English translation plus the translator's signed certification of completeness, accuracy and competence. Notarization is not required by USCIS. We include it free because consulates, courts and schools abroad frequently do want it.
